David R. Williams, 37, of 56 North Railroad Street, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 1993, in Williamsport Hospital, where he was admitted Aug. 2. He had been in ill health for a year.
He was a former employee of J.C. Decker Co. in Montgomery.
He was a 1974 graduate of Hughesville High School, and attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Born March 18, 1956, in Olean, N.Y., he was a son of Charles R. and Svea C. Tenglund Williams.
Surviving, besides his parents, with whom he lived, are two older brothers, Donald M. Reynolds, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Dana C. Williams, of Bloomsburg RR9, and a sister, Mrs. Donna S. Garretson, of Pembrook Pines, Fla.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at McCarty-Thomas, 557 East Water Street, with the Rev. George E. Doran, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hughesville RR1, at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
